Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 雨樋等からの水を地中に埋設された排水管
    へ導く縦樋と、この縦樋の途中に介装された該縦
    樋の内壁面を伝わつて流下する水を内壁面より離
    して流下させることができ、かつ蓄熱可能な介装
    パイプと、この介装パイプに取付けられた冬期該
    介装パイプを蓄熱させて前記縦樋を流下する水の
    凍結を防止する加熱装置とからなることを特徴と
    する建物の排水装置。 (2) 介装パイプは金属材等の不燃性材で形成さ
    れていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項記載の建物の排水装置。 (3) 介装パイプの下端部は下端が小径となる円
    錐台形状の筒状に形成されていることを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項記
    載の建物の排水装置。 (4) 加熱装置は介装パイプの外周壁に突出形成
    された集熱管と、この集熱管の先端開口部に吹出
    し口部が挿入固定された該集熱管内に温風を供給
    するフアンヒータと、このフアンヒータによつて
    供給された前記集熱管内の温風による熱を前記介
    装パイプ内へ送り込むことができるように該介装
    パイプに形成された挿通孔とから構成されている
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    ないし第３項いずれかに記載の建物の排水装置。 (5) 加熱装置は介装パイプの外周面に巻き付け
    られたヒーターであることを特徴とする実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項ないし第３項いずれかに記
    載の建物の排水装置。
