The present invention will be described in detail below based on embodiments shown in the figures. The mounting structure of a cabinet with a lid on the inner wall surface of a bay window according to the present invention includes a front wall body 3 installed at a position away from an opening provided in a wall body 1 of a building toward the outdoors, A bay window A is formed by a side wall 4 that closes between both side edges of the front wall 3 and both side edges of the opening, and rails 41 and 42 each having a substantially U-shaped cross section are provided above and below the inner wall surface of the front wall 3. A storage recess is formed in the cabinet 40a, and one end of a lid 50 that can freely open and close the front opening of the storage recess is attached to one side of the front opening of the cabinet 40a. Left and right mullions 1 are rotatably attached to the side ends, the upper and lower ends of the cabinet 40a fit into the upper rail 41 and the lower rail 42, respectively, and the left and right mullions 1 protrude into the room on both sides of the front wall 3.
Both ends of the upper and lower rails 41, 42 are fixed to the surfaces facing the interiors of the chambers 3 and 13, respectively, with screws 46,
This is characterized in that a stopper 53 is provided on the back surface of the cabinet 40a to abut against the opposing inner surfaces of the mullions 13, 13. Bay window A is
As shown in FIG. 1, a front wall 3 and a side wall 4 are formed in advance as an integrated unit and fixed to the periphery of an opening provided in the wall 1 on site. The framework of the bay window A is assembled using various aluminum extrusion molding materials, and includes a first rectangular frame 10 fixed to the periphery of the opening of the wall 1 of the building.
The mullions 11 on both sides and the mullions 13 of the second rectangular frame 12, which are placed in positions protruding toward the outdoor side, are connected to the upper and lower three
The front wall 3 is formed between the mullions 13 and 13 of the second rectangular frame 12, and the mullion 1 of the first rectangular frame 10 is
A side wall 4 is formed between the mullions 13 of the first and second rectangular frames 12. The second rectangular frame 12 is divided into two sections, upper and lower, by a middle horizontal bar 17, with an upper horizontal bar 18 and a middle horizontal bar 1.
7, and a lower front wall 3b is formed between the middle horizontal beam 17 and the lower horizontal beam 19. Further, the above-mentioned connecting bar 15 connects the mullions 11 of the first rectangular frame 10 and the mullions 13 of the second rectangular frame 12 at the same height as the middle horizontal bar 17, and connects the upper connecting bar 14 and the middle horizontal bar 17. An upper side wall 4a is formed between the middle connecting piece 15 and the lower connecting piece 16, and a lower side wall 4b is formed between the middle connecting piece 15 and the lower connecting piece 16. As each upper side wall 4a, a glass window with a glass plate fitted into a window frame or a glass plate itself is used, and this portion serves as a daylighting window. If a glass window is used, it may be openable and closable. As the upper front wall 3a, for example, a laminated plate of a glass plate and a heat insulating plate is used, and the glass plate is attached with the glass plate facing the outdoor side. As the heat insulating board used here, an inorganic board such as a calcium silicate board, or a synthetic resin such as urethane or expanded polystyrene is used. On the other hand, the lower front wall 3b and the lower side wall 4
Inorganic plates such as calcium silicate or gypsum slabs are used as b, and the peripheral edges correspond to the mullions 11 and 13, the middle connecting bar 15, the middle horizontal bar 17, the lower connecting bar 16, and the lower horizontal bar 19, respectively. It is inserted through the hepatzkin. If necessary, lysine or mortar is applied as an exterior finishing layer to the outer surfaces of the lower front wall 3b and the lower side wall 4b. The cabinet 40a is formed with a storage recess that opens at the front, and one end of either the left or right side of the lid 50, which allows the front opening of the storage recess to be opened and closed, is located on either the left or right side of the front opening of the cabinet 40a. It is rotatably attached to the end. This cabinet 40a is arranged on the inner wall surface of the upper front wall 3a using upper and lower rails 41 and 42, respectively. The flanges 43 projecting upward and downward of the cabinet 40a are attached to the upper and lower rails 41 and 4, respectively.
Insert into 2. Each of the rails 41 and 42 is formed into a substantially U-shaped cross section with one side piece 44 being longer vertically than the other side piece, and screws 46 are connected to the corresponding second rectangular frame 12 from both ends of the longer side piece 44. It is screwed into the top and bottom of both stands 13, 13 and fixed to both stands 13. Long holes 47 running vertically are formed at both left and right ends of the longer side piece 44 of the upper rail 41, and through holes 48 are formed at both left and right ends of the longer side piece 44 of the lower rail 42. , each long hole 47 and through hole 48
The above-mentioned screw 46 is screwed into the mullions 13, 13 through it. To install the cabinet 40a, first insert the flange 43 at the lower end of the cabinet 40a into the opening of the lower rail 42, which is fixed in place with screws 46, and then move the upper rail 41 upward within the range of the elongated hole 47 to remove the upper end. After moving the flange 43 to a predetermined position, the upper rail 41 is lowered and the upper end flange 43 is fitted into the upper rail 41. A mirror 49 may be provided on the front surface of the lid 50, which is attached to the front opening of the cabinet 40a so as to be openable and closable. FIG. 8 is an explanatory diagram showing how the vertical end of the cabinet 40a is attached between the upper and lower rails 41 and 42, and the upper rail 41 is vertically movable through a long hole 47 formed in its longer side piece 44. Therefore, the cabinet 40a is installed by fitting its upper and lower ends into the upper and lower rails 41 and 42, and the cabinet 40a can be removed by loosening the screw 46 and moving the upper rail 41 upward.
This can be done by pulling out the upper end portion of 0a from the upper rail 41. In order to prevent the cabinet 40a from shifting laterally between the upper and lower rails 41 and 42, a stopper 53 is provided on the back surface of the cabinet 40a to prevent the cabinet 40a from shifting laterally. The stoppers 53 protrude from the back surface of the cabinet 40a in order to engage with the inner surfaces of the left and right mullions 13 of the second rectangular frame 12.
As shown in the embodiment shown in the figure, vertically long plates are used which are attached vertically to the left and right sides of the back surface of the cabinet 40a, or as shown in FIG. A wide plate material is sometimes used, and at least extends in the vertical direction of the cabinet 40a not only to serve as a stopper but also to prevent the cabinet 40a from warping in the vertical direction. A counter 90 resembling a washstand with a flat plate or a washbowl 95 is installed inside the bay window A below the cabinet 40a.
When installing a washstand as 0, install this washstand 9.
A storage box 97 with a lid 98 is attached below the storage box 0 using a cabinet frame 96. Also, on the inside of the roof 56 of the bay window A, the cabinet 4 is installed.
A lighting fixture (not shown) is attached to illuminate 0a.

As described above, in the present invention, rails having a U-shaped cross section are installed in parallel on the upper and lower sides of the inner wall surface of the front wall that constitutes the bay window, with the openings facing each other, and a storage recess with an opening in the front is formed in the cabinet. One end of the lid that allows the front opening of the storage recess to be opened and closed is rotatably attached to one end of the front opening of the cabinet, and both upper and lower ends of the cabinet are connected to the upper rail and the lower rail, respectively. Both ends of the upper and lower rails are fixed with screws to the surfaces facing the interior of the left and right mullions that protrude alternately into the room on both sides of the front wall. Since a stopper is protruded to abut on the inner surface of each mullion, the upper and lower ends are fitted into the upper and lower rails, respectively, and as a result, the cabinet, which can move freely in the left and right direction, causes the stopper to abut on the inner surface of each mullion. This prevents the cabinet from shifting in the left and right directions and allows the cabinet to be positioned in a predetermined position.Especially when opening and closing a lid that is rotatably attached to one side of the front opening of the cabinet, the cabinet will move from side to side as the lid is opened and closed. However, the lateral force that acts on the cabinet as the lid opens and closes is directly transmitted to the mullion, which is the frame of the bay window, and the screws that fix the rails that support the cabinet are As a result, the fixing strength of the screw does not decrease over a long period of time, and the support of the cabinet becomes stable. Furthermore, since the stopper is provided so as to protrude vertically from the back surface of the cabinet, it also serves to prevent the cabinet from warping.
