Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 潜像担持体に対して弾性的に圧接された現像剤
    担持体と、駆動源からの駆動力を現像剤担持体に
    伝達し、該担持体を回転駆動する伝動手段とを具
    備し、現像剤担持体に担持された現像剤によつて
    潜像担持体に可視像を形成する現像装置において
    、 前記伝動手段が、現像剤担持体に取付けられた
    従動歯車と、該従動歯車に噛み合つて駆動源の駆
    動力を従動歯車に伝えると共に、位置変動可能に
    支持された中間歯車と、該中間歯車を駆動歯車に
    向けて付勢し、両歯車の噛み合いを維持せしめる
    付勢部材とを有していることを特徴とする現像装
    置。
