Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 「産業上の利用分野」 本案は、例えばアイスクリーム等の食品を包装
する食品包装容器に関する。
「従来の技術」 この種の容器として、例えば実公昭37−33096
号公報の容器が知られている。該容器はポリエチ
レン樹脂フイルムのような耐水性薄板によつて、
リンゴ状に形成した袋筒主体の頂部から内容物の
注出口筒を突設すると共に、その頂部周辺から主
体の底部にわたり、裂開用の破断線を螺旋状に旋
回させ、破断線間に形成される剥離帯上端部に摘
み片を付設したものである。
「考案が解決しようとする課題」 上記従来の容器は、リンゴ形状容器の頂部から
底部まで破断線を螺旋状に旋回させるため、その
破断線間に形成される剥離帯も螺旋状に長く一本
の螺旋帯として連続することとなり、よつて上記
破断線切断による剥離が進むにつれて、剥離済み
の剥離帯部分が邪魔となり、又容器が球形である
ため皿上等へ置いた際、安定が悪く、転動し易い
欠点があつた。
本案はそのような欠点を除去して便利な容器と
したものである。
「課題を解決するための手段」 内部に食品を収納させて、ドーム状壁１下端面
を円板状底壁３で密閉させ、上記ドーム状壁の頂
部４中心から摘み片５を起立すると共に、該摘み
片側方から破断線６を螺旋状に旋回させてドーム
状壁１下端部まで穿設した。
「作用」 図示状態から容器に対して摘み片１を引きあげ
れば、上方の破断線６部分が切断されることで、
その破断線間に形成されている剥離帯７が上方か
ら図示のように剥離される。よつてその剥離によ
つて露出された、容器内収納物を食することが出
来る。
「実施例」 １は半球状をなすドーム状壁であり、その内部
にはアイスクリーム等の食品２を充填する。ドー
ム状壁下端面は底壁３上面へ接着して密閉させて
ある。ドーム状壁にはその頂部４中心から摘み片
５が起立させてあり、又その摘み片側方から破断
線６を螺旋状に旋回させてドーム状壁下端部まで
穿設させる。破断線部分とその下方の破断線部分
との間には螺旋状に剥離帯７が形成されることと
なり、その剥離帯上端から上記摘み片が突出する
こととなる。破断線は連続するミシン目状に形成
させたが、薄肉線で形成させてもよい。ドーム状
壁および底壁３は合成樹脂材で形成させればよ
い。
「考案の効果」 本案は既述構成とするもので、ドーム状壁とそ
の底面を閉塞する底壁とで形成させ、そのドラム
状壁に螺旋状に破断線を穿設したから、その破断
線部分間に形成される剥離帯７の長さは既述従来
例に比べて半分の長さになることとなつて、剥離
済み剥離帯が収納食品を食べる場合に邪魔となる
ことが少なく、又ドーム状壁下端面は円板状の底
壁３で閉塞したから、従来の球形容器のように皿
上等への載置の際に転動して困ることもなく、そ
の底壁３を受皿として利用してその収納食品を食
することが出来る便利がある。

視図である。 １……ドーム状壁、６……破断線。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内部に食品を収納させて、ドーム状壁１下端面
    を円板状底壁３で密閉させ、上記ドーム状壁の頂
    部４中心から摘み片５を起立すると共に、該摘み
    片側方から破断線６を螺旋状に旋回させてドーム
    状壁１下端部まで穿設したことを特徴とする食品
    包装容器。
