It is generally long enough to record for months (at a chart paper feed speed of 30 mm/h, the length of the chart paper is approximately 24 m). The recording paper storage chamber that stores new unrecorded recording paper and the recording paper storage chamber that stores recorded recording paper are arranged so that the entire length of the recording paper folded to a predetermined width and stacked at a certain height can be easily accommodated. Each has a capacity that can be accommodated.

る。 Recently, in order to continuously monitor environmental conditions and save labor, there has been a demand for recording instruments that can record for long periods of time by increasing the length of the recording paper several times the normal length (100 to 120 m). There are also requests for the use of folded recording paper because of the ease of searching recorded data. In this case, the recording paper storage chamber in a recording instrument using folded recording paper becomes deep due to the significant increase in the height of the folded recording paper stack.

By feeding the recording paper while pressing it against the recording paper, a force that forces the recording paper to fold is applied to the recording paper. This forcing force folds the recording paper along the predetermined fold line, thereby facilitating storage of the recorded recording paper. When the total length of the recording paper becomes very long and the stack height when folded increases, the storage chamber becomes deeper and the distance from the time the recording paper leaves the guide roller to the position where it is folded and stored increases. , it is longer at the beginning of the recording paper corresponding to the bottom of the height of the stack, and becomes shorter at the end of the recording paper.
If the distance from the guide roller to the folding position becomes long, (a) the above-mentioned forcing force will be weakened midway, and (b) the recording paper will be attracted to the wall of the recording instrument due to static electricity, etc. (c) For example, when recording is interrupted for several hours, the influence of the curvature created on the recording paper by the paper feed sprocket cylinder becomes stronger, so the recording paper may not be folded properly and stored in a disorderly manner. However, there are some drawbacks. This disorderly storage obstructs the flat development of the recording paper at the recording position, causing recording errors due to floating of the recording paper, and in extreme cases, the engagement of the recording paper with paper feeding means such as sprockets. As a result, the paper feeding speed becomes irregular and recording errors become significant.

成を用いる。 Therefore, the object of the present invention is to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art. In order to achieve this purpose, the recording paper feeding mechanism according to the present invention moves the recording paper with records written on it under the guidance of a recording paper guide roller when it is pulled out from the folded and stacked position in the storage chamber and spread out horizontally. In the recording paper feeding mechanism that is folded and stored in a storage chamber below the roller, the storage chamber is formed by a removable storage container having a hinged side wall;
One side of the storage chamber is used as an opening for loading recording paper, and one side of the storage container is used as a closing wall for the opening of the storage chamber and a guide wall for the recording paper to be pulled out;
A vertically movable saucer is provided in the containment vessel, a protrusion is provided on the movable saucer, and an upper limit protrusion is provided on a side wall of the containment vessel such that the movable saucer engages with the protrusion of the movable saucer at the upper limit position of the movable saucer. A spring is disposed between the bottom wall of the storage container and the movable tray, and the distance between the top surface of the recording paper folded in the storage chamber and the recording paper guide roller is kept approximately constant by the elasticity of the spring. A configuration is used that maintains .

In both figures, a recording paper 1 is fed out by a sprocket 2, is spread flatly at the recording position by a guide roller 3 and a presser roller 4, and travels along a guide groove 5 and a guide surface 6, and is moved to a recording pen 7. etc., and receives the recording. The recording paper 1 before recording is stored in the storage chamber 8, and the recorded recording paper 1 is folded into the storage chamber 9. In the illustrated embodiment, the containment chamber 9 is defined as the interior space of a containment vessel 10, which is removably attached to a recording instrument;
It also serves as one side wall of the storage chamber 8, and closes the recording paper loading opening of the storage chamber 8.

An upper limit protrusion 13 provided on the upper part of the inner wall of the containment vessel 10 and a protrusion 14 provided on the receiving tray 11
The upper limit position of the movement of the tray 11 is determined by engagement with the upper limit position of the receiving tray 11. The coil spring 12 pushes up the tray 11 to the upper limit position when no recording paper 1 is placed thereon. The containment vessel 10 is the internal bottom plate 1 of the recording instrument.
5, and its position is determined, for example, by engagement between a boss 16 formed on the bottom plate 15 and a hollow protrusion 17 provided on the bottom surface of the containment vessel 10. One side plate of the containment vessel 10 in the illustrated embodiment is
It is attached so that it can be opened and closed by a hinge 18, making it easy to take out the recorded recording paper 1.

The sheet is guided by the outer surface of the side wall of the storage chamber 9, and is pulled up, passes through the guide groove 5, passes through the recording paper pressing roller 4, and reaches the top of the recording paper guide surface 6. Here, the measured amount is recorded by the recording pen 7. After the recorded recording paper 1 passes between the sprocket 2 and the guide roller 3, the convex fold line of the recording paper passes in front of the recorder, and the concave fold line appears in front of the recorder when viewed from the front of the recording instrument (on the left side of FIG. 1). The fold line is sent toward the rear of the coil spring 12 to an upper position within the containment vessel 10.
Both folds are alternately and sequentially placed on the tray 11 lifted by the folding member. Recorded recording paper 1
As the recording paper 1 is stacked up, the weight of the recording paper 1 increases the tray 1.
1 is gradually decreasing. The descent of the saucer 11 is
The spring constant of the coil spring 12 is determined so that the distance h between the guide roller 3 and the uppermost surface of the recording paper folded on the tray 11 is kept approximately constant. Therefore, the forcing force applied to the folds of the recording paper 1 is approximately constant for all folds, and folding operations can be performed under the same conditions. In particular, even when a very long recording paper 1 is used, folding of the recorded recording paper 1 in the storage chamber 9 is similar to that of the normal length recording paper 1, and the folding process is smooth. Recording paper feeding operation is ensured for very long recording paper 1.

成などが可能である。 In the embodiment described above, the coil spring 12
form means for moving the tray 11 up and down.
This means, as the recording paper 1 is folded onto the receiving tray 11, causes a gap between the guide roller 3 and the uppermost surface of the recording paper folded onto the receiving tray 11, that is, the recording paper folded into the storage chamber. It is sufficient to move the saucer 11 up and down so as to keep the distance substantially constant, so it is not limited to the coil spring 12. for example,
A configuration in which the tray 11 is pushed up by an elastic body such as a plate spring or a rubber member having an appropriate shape and number; the tray 1
1 is suspended from above by an elastic body; a structure in which a suitable counterweight member, pulley, and spring are combined is also possible.

Regular folding and storage of the recorded recording paper is ensured by a simple structure, and therefore a longer automatic recording time is possible without using a complicated mechanism.
