[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a solid drawing material such as a crayon, pass, chiyoke, conte, etc., in which the outer periphery of the solid drawing material is wrapped with a synthetic resin film, and its purpose is to In order to expose the tip and make it easier to draw, the synthetic resin film wrapped around the outer periphery of the tip can be torn sequentially starting from the end.

Conventionally, this type of solid drawing material has been wrapped with paper around the outer periphery of the solid drawing material to prevent fingers and hands from getting dirty. When the solid drawing material becomes short due to use, the paper is sequentially torn to remove the tip. However, there was a problem in that the solid drawing material itself was easily broken, and if it broke, the paper would be torn along with it, causing the solid drawing material to fall apart.

It is also possible to wrap the solid drawing material body with a synthetic resin film to make it more difficult to break than wrapping it with paper, but such materials tend to be difficult to pinch and tear the film.

Therefore, in order to make it easier to pinch and tear the synthetic resin film, a solid drawing material main body 1 was used as shown in Figures 1 and 2.
The synthetic resin film 2 is wound around the outer periphery, leaving the tip part, and the end part is polymerized. The tip of the polymerized part is left free over a certain width over the entire length, and another polymerized part is pasted, and the free part is left in the length direction. A solid drawing material 3 is made by making cuts with a constant width to continuously form a knob part 2a of a constant width, and when the solid drawing material main body 1 becomes short due to use, the knob parts 2a are sequentially torn off in an annular shape from above.
However, it has the disadvantage that when it is torn, it may bend instead of tearing in the straight direction of cutting, and it becomes weaker when perforated.

FIGS. 3 and 4 show a first embodiment of the present invention, in which cuts 10b are formed at regular intervals on one side end 10a of a synthetic resin film 10, and cuts 10b are cut at intermediate positions in the straight direction, to the right of the straight direction. The upward linear cut 10c and the linear cut 10d upward to the left from the straight forward direction are aligned laterally and formed sequentially at regular intervals in the traveling direction, and this synthetic resin film 10 is attached to the tip of the rod-shaped solid drawing material main body 11. The solid drawing material 12 is formed by winding it around the outer periphery, leaving the cut 10b, with one side end 10a facing up, and sticking the overlapping part with an adhesive or the like, leaving the cut 10b.

When the tip of the main body 11 of this solid drawing material 12 becomes short, pinch one end 10a with your fingertips to make the cut 1.
When it is pulled in the direction 0b, since the cut 10b is on the right side, it is torn somewhat to the right of the straight cutting direction, and comes into contact with the cut 10c upward to the right from the straight cutting direction. Then, it is pulled downward to the left along the cut 10c, so that it is torn somewhat to the left of the straight cutting direction, and comes into contact with the cut 10d, which is upward to the left from the straight cutting direction. Then, it is pulled downward to the right along the cut 10d, and is torn slightly to the right of the straight cutting direction, so that it can reach the other end and be cut off.

FIG. 5 shows a film 10' according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
Cuts 10c' and 10d', which correspond to the cuts 10c and 10d in the first embodiment, are sequentially shifted in the cutting direction and are not aligned in the lateral direction.

Figure 6 shows a film 10'' of the third embodiment of the present invention.
The cuts 10c'' and 10d'', which correspond to the cuts 10c and 10d in the first embodiment, are shifted forward and backward in the straight cutting direction and are formed so as not to be aligned in the lateral direction.

The functions and effects of the second and third embodiments are similar to those of the first embodiment, but each cut at the intermediate position is shifted from front to back in the lateral direction, so that a decrease in strength in the lateral direction can be prevented.

In addition, instead of making each cut at the intermediate position in the first, second, and third embodiments straight, it is made into an arc shape as shown in Fig. 7, or the lower end is cut off and directed in the straight direction as shown in Fig. 8. Alternatively, the interval between the cuts may be changed arbitrarily.

According to the present invention, cutouts are formed at predetermined intervals on one side edge, and instead of providing perforations in the straight cutting direction, cuts upward to the right and upward to the left from the straight position are formed at regular intervals at an intermediate position in the straight cutting direction. Therefore, when the cut portion is pulled and torn, it can be reliably torn even if the cut portion deviates from the straight cutting direction.
