羽目板化粧板を提供するものである。[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to decorative panels for siding, and there is no whitening or cracking at the corners of the decorative panels.
Moreover, the present invention provides a decorative siding board in which a decorative sheet is laminated continuously from the upper surface of the decorative board to the bottom part of the openwork and the side part of the openwork.

た。 That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the decorative sheet 1 was adhered only to the top surface 3 of the base material 2, and the bottom portion 4 of the opening was only coated. Therefore, when a plurality of siding panels are connected and actually constructed as shown in FIG. 2, the pattern on the top surface part 3 is interrupted at the openwork part 6, and the openwork side part 5 is not connected to the base material 2. had been exposed. In order to solve this problem, it is possible to cover the entire top surface, bottom of the opening, and sides of the opening with a decorative sheet, but if the pattern is continuous and water resistance is taken into consideration, then In order to minimize seams, it is necessary to continuously cover the top surface, the bottom of the opening, and the side of the opening with one decorative sheet. However, the decorative sheets that have been used traditionally,
Since natural wood veneers, patterned films, decorative paper, etc. are used, when laminated to uneven surfaces such as paneling, veneers cannot be laminated continuously. In the case of a decorated film, if it is thin, unevenness of the base material or uneven application of adhesive will appear on the decorative surface, and if it is thick, the bottom corners etc. will not fit completely and will stand out.
Also, the corners may become white or cracks may occur. In the case of decorative paper, paper breaks and scratches occur at the corners. Because of the following drawbacks, it was not possible to attach a decorative sheet to the entire surface.

This is a decorative feather board made by continuously laminating the entire decorative surface consisting of the top surface of the base material, the bottom part of the opening, and the side part of the opening.

If the basis weight is 40g/ m2 or less, the wood grain etc. on the surface of the base material may be visible through the base material to be laminated,
Alternatively, unevenness of the base material or uneven application of the adhesive may appear as unevenness on the surface of the decorative sheet. Also
A value of 100 g/m 2 or more is not only unnecessary and results in excessive quality, but also may make it difficult to wrap the decorative sheet from the top surface to the side portions of the opening and the bottom of the opening. For this reason, one with a basis weight of 40 to 100 g/m 2 is used. This is because, within this range, wood grains etc. will not be seen through, and unevenness of the base material and uneven application of adhesive will not appear on the surface of the decorative sheet.

If it is less than 50μ, the surface performance will be poor, and if it is more than 200μ, the entire decorative sheet will become thick and may be difficult to roll into, which is not preferable. In addition, this thermoplastic resin layer may be embossed using an embossing plate or the like, or by adding a matting agent to the resin or adjusting the gloss of the surface of the embossed plate, the decorative sheet can be embossed. It is also possible to adjust the surface gloss.

良好な化粧を施すことができる。 As described above, a decorative sheet made of synthetic resin mixed paper with a basis weight of 40 to 100 g/m 2 and a thermoplastic resin layer formed to a thickness of 50 to 200 μm has an upper surface portion 3, a transparent side surface portion 5, It can be laminated continuously to the bottom part 4 of the openwork, and in this case, it stretches sufficiently at the corners, so there is no whitening or cracking, and it does not lift up at the corners, so it can be attached to the decorative surface of the base material 2. It adheres closely and allows good makeup to be applied to the entire makeup surface.

面性能も良好である。 In the siding decorative board of the present invention constructed as described above, the top surface, the bottom part of the opening, and the side part of the opening are covered with the same decorative sheet along the shape of the base material, so a plurality of sheets can be connected. When used, the pattern is continuous and there are no exposed or visible parts of the base material, so it is possible to obtain a high-quality finish due to the printed pattern, and the surface properties such as water resistance are also good.
