- テーパ部のあるロツドと、前記ロツドの回転を
伝達するスプラインを有する内筒と、前記内筒を
回転させるためのベアリングを有する外筒と、前
記テーパ部に接するガイドローラをもち前記内筒
にベアリング支持されるサンプル取付部とを含む
ことを特徴とする位置決め機構。
