に、この雌ねじに対応するアダプタ導波管位置に
外部にまで連通される透孔を開設し、この透孔に
は頭部に雌ねじ部を有しかつ先端部に雄ねじ部を
有する固定ねじをアダプタ導波管外側より挿通さ
せ、かつ前記雄ねじ部を前記接続導波管のフラン
ジの雌ねじに螺合可能に構成したことを特徴とす
