- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 少なくとも一方が機械的に移動可能に設置され
た第１の誘電体線路と第２の誘電体線路を介して
入出力間を結合し、 一方の誘電体線路を機械的に移動させることに
より上記入出力間の結合状態を変えるようにした
