頭部係合面を有する端金具構造の改良に関するも
のである。

油孔13を貫設した状態をもつて構成していた。

具を、同軸状にその頭部背面を電気抵抗熔接等に
より固着してなるプツシユ・ロツド構造におい
て、その軸芯部の通油孔をドリルで孔明け加工を
施すのではなく、予め軸芯を通る縦断方向の係合
面を含む周面に沿つて通油溝を設けた前記端金具
を、この通油溝部を金属管軸体の軸芯方向に位置
した状態をもつて固着して構成せしめ、よつて量
産を可能にしたものである。

なり、又、この切削によらず、端金具2単体の成
型加工と同時に外部からの押圧加工によつても通
油溝3を成型することも容易となる等極めて有用
なものである。
