Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 絶縁体より形成された容器と弾性表面波素子
より成り、上記容器の内壁の上下面、外壁の上下
面のうち少なくとも１面に導電層を設け、宜つこ
の導電層が接地用電極あるいは接地用端子に電気
的に接続されていることを特徴とする弾性表面波
装置。 ２ 上記容器が上記弾性表面波素子と平板状の蓋
体とで構成され、上記蓋体の表裏面、弾性表面波
素子の裏面のうち少なくとも１面に導電層を形成
し、宜つこの導電層が接地用電極あるいは接地用
端子に電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする
実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の弾性表面波
装置。
