This synthetic resin container is manufactured, for example, by vacuum forming or pressure forming using a mold from a sheet, but there are drawbacks such as slipping between the mold and sheet and uneven wall thickness. When a sheet is printed, there has been a problem in that the printed surface is misaligned due to slipping.

The gist of this invention is a method of manufacturing a container, which is characterized by pressing and molding a sheet using a method of manufacturing a container.
以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基き説明する。 Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

Molded by. As the thermoplastic resin sheet 1, for example, a sheet of polystyrene, impact-resistant polystyrene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, etc. is used, and these may be foamed or non-foamed. It is also possible to use the sheet 1 having a printed surface, which is particularly effective since it can prevent the printed surface from shifting. The molding can be carried out by a conventional method such as vacuum molding or pressure molding. The mold 2 used in the present invention consists of a male mold 3 and a female mold 4, and one or more containers 5.
Although it is possible to mold several pieces, usually multiple pieces are molded at the same time. The male mold 3 corresponds to the bottom 6 of the container 5,
A concavo-convex portion 7 for preventing slipping is formed at a position where the sheet 1 first comes into contact with the sheet 1 during molding. As shown in FIG. 2, the shape of the uneven portion 7 can be arbitrary, such as spiral, concentric, radial, mesh, or linear, but by forming it at an angle to the feeding direction of the sheet 1, This is preferable because it can further prevent slipping with the sheet 1. Further, the height (depth) of the uneven portion 7 varies depending on the wall thickness of the container 5 to be molded, but is usually 0.3 to 1.5 mm, preferably 0.3 to 1.0 mm.
The unevenness 8 of the container 5 obtained by this is 0.1 to 1.2
mm, preferably 0.2-0.5 mm.

するものである。 As explained above, according to the manufacturing method of the present invention, at least the male part of the mold is formed with a concavo-convex portion to prevent slipping, so that slippage between the sheet and the mold can be prevented, and the thickness of the bottom part can be reduced. This has advantages such as being able to prevent the printing surface from being reduced, and being particularly effective in the case of a sheet having a printed surface, since the printed surface will not shift.
