Conventionally, this type of panel body, such as a storm door, was composed of a single-piece face plate surrounded by a frame on all four sides, so when the opening was closed with a panel body, breathability, translucency, etc. were affected. The problem was that the room was closed and dark with no ventilation. For this reason, the panel body was opened by half-opening to obtain ventilation, light transmission, etc., but this was not desirable from the viewpoint of crime prevention. Therefore, a flush slat curtain is formed by connecting a plurality of slats arranged side by side with a predetermined gap between them with a breathable connecting member on a panel body, and each slat is separated from the other while one end is fixed. It has been proposed that the slat curtains be provided in a telescopic manner so that the slat curtains can be freely changed between a spaced position where ventilation is possible and a contact position where they are brought into contact and sealed. In order to move the slat curtain, the other end of the slat curtain must be extended and moved by the sum of the gaps between the slats. Therefore, the other end of the slat curtain must be wide enough to accommodate the long distance of movement. It is necessary to provide a fitting storage portion, which poses various restrictions when manufacturing the panel body, and there is room for further improvement.

The present invention was devised in order to eliminate these drawbacks in view of the above-mentioned actual situation, and it is a slat curtain in which a plurality of slats are connected with a predetermined gap, and the slat curtain is sealed in a spaced position that allows ventilation. Although the slat curtain is configured to be extendable and contractible to change its shape into the abutting position, the other end of the slat curtain, which allows the slat curtain to extend and contract, is fitted in a multiple manner so that the fitting and contraction part of the slat curtain is wide. It is an object of the present invention to provide an actuating device for a breathable panel body that can be formed with a narrow width without being narrow.

The slat curtain 6 configured in this way will be installed between the upper stile 2 and the middle stile 5, and between the middle stile 5 and the lower stile 3, but since both are installed in the same way, next , the case where it is installed between the middle crosspieces 5 will be explained. That is, the slat curtain 6 is constructed by providing a required number of slats 7 to close the space between the upper stile 2 and the middle stile 5 in a closed position as shown in FIG. The lowermost slat 7, which is one end, is fixed to the middle crosspiece 5, and both left and right edges of the slat curtain 6 are guided in the vertical direction using the left and right vertical frames 4 as guides. On the other hand, the bottom surface 2a of the upper stile 2 has an opening 2b, and the intermediate member 11 fits into the upper stile 2 so as to be freely retractable and protrude from the opening 2b. Reference numeral 11a denotes a locking protrusion provided at the upper end of the intermediate member 11, and the locking protrusion 11a is adapted to lock onto the upper stile bottom surface 2a at the lowest position of the intermediate member 11. Also,
The bottom surface 11b of the intermediate member 11 also has an opening 11c, into which the uppermost slat 7, which is the other end of the slat curtain 6, is fitted so as to be freely retractable. Moreover, a locking pin 12 is fixed to the upper part of the uppermost slat 7 inserted into the intermediate member 11, and when the uppermost slat 7 is at the lowermost position, the bottom surface 11b of the intermediate member is fixed.
to be locked. One end of a string 13 is fixed to the locking pin 12. Reference numeral 14 denotes a support shaft installed in the upper part of the upper stile 2, and the other end of the string 13 is fixed to a pulley 15 rotatably supported by the support shaft 14.
By operating the operating string 16 to rotate the pulley 15, the string 13 is wound around the pulley 15,
It is rewound. When the string 13 is fully unwound (FIG. 3A), the locking protrusion 11 or the locking pin 12 of the intermediate member 11 and the uppermost slat 7 locks on the bottom surface 2a or 11b, respectively. At the lowest position, each adjacent slat 7
When the upper and lower edges contact each other and are closed, and when the cord 13 is wound up the most (FIG. 3B), the intermediate spring 11 and the uppermost slat 7
are fitted into the upper stile 2 and the intermediate member 11, respectively, and are contracted into multiple shapes to extend the slat curtain 6. Adjacent slats are separated from each other with a predetermined gap, and the connecting member 8 is stretched to provide ventilation. It is now possible to take a separate posture.

Next, the operation of the present invention constructed as described above will be explained. Now, if you want to ventilate or let in sunlight while the opening is closed with the shutter 1, you can leave the shutter 1 closed and wind the cord 13 around the pulley 15 by operating the operating cord 16. While the slat curtain 11 is in the lowest position, the slat curtain 6 rises while extending from above, and the uppermost slat 7 is fitted into the intermediate member 11. When the uppermost slat 7 comes into contact with the ceiling of the intermediate member 11, it rises together with the intermediate member 11 and fits into the upper stile 2, and at the highest raised position, the slat curtain 6 is extended and the spaces between the slats 7 are They are in a separated posture, and ventilation, lighting, etc. can be carried out through the tensioned mesh-like breathable connecting member 8 while preventing insects from entering. If ventilation is not required, the string 13 can be unwound to position the intermediate member 11 and the uppermost slat 7 to the lowest position, and the slat curtain 6 can be contracted and each slat 7 can be
It is in a contact position where the two parts are in contact with each other, and there is no ventilation or lighting, and it is completely sealed.

As described above, in the present invention, although the slat curtain 6 is equipped with a slat curtain 6 that can change between the separated position where the slats 7 are separated and the contact position where the slats 7 are in contact with each other, An intermediate member 11 is provided between the upper stile 2 and the uppermost slat 7 so that the upward stroke of the uppermost slat 7 corresponds to the sum of the gaps between the slats 7 necessary for changing the posture. Since absorption is ensured by fitting, in this embodiment, the vertical width of the upper stile 2 and the middle stile 5, which are also used as the fitting storage section on the above side of the slat curtain 6, can be reduced. Therefore, even if the entire surface of the shutter 1 is equipped with the slat curtain 6 as in this embodiment, ventilation is possible from almost the entire area from the upper part to the lower part of the shutter 1 in a spaced position that allows ventilation. The upper stile 2 and the middle stile, which are fitting storage parts, can be made as narrow as possible and a simple-shaped storm door 1 can be constructed.

In summary, the actuating device for a breathable panel body according to the present invention connects a plurality of slats arranged in parallel with a predetermined gap using a breathable connecting member to form a flush slat curtain. rat curtains,
One end is fixed, and the panel body is provided so that the slats can extend and contract toward the other end so that the slats can change from a contact position in which they are in contact to a separation position in which they are separated from each other. Since an intermediate member is interposed between the fitting storage part and the othermost slat, the intermediate member is sequentially fitted together with the othermost slat and is fitted and stored in multiple layers on the fitting storage part side. By changing the slat curtain between a contact position and a separation position, it is possible to selectively adjust the closed state with no ventilation and the ventilated state with ventilation through the permeable connecting member. While
The large movement stroke of the slat at the farthest end to transform into the separated position can be absorbed by multiple fitting and storing in the fitting and storing section using the intermediate member, and the width is shallower than the above stroke. Even in a narrow fitting storage part, a reliable transformation operation can be performed.
Therefore, even in a panel body with a small fitting storage part, ventilation is possible from the entire surface of the panel, which not only improves ventilation but also allows for a simple shape.
