Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 通電の有無により積層方向に伸長または短
    縮する積層形電歪素子と、この積層形電歪素子の
    短縮時にその伸長端側に当接または近接されてい
    て、積層形電歪素子の伸長時にその伸長時の付勢
    力により該伸長端側から離反され、その伸長方向
    に摺動される弁体と、この弁体が摺動される弁室
    および該弁体の摺動により開閉される所要数の弁
    孔を有する弁本体とから構成され、前記弁体は少
    なくともセラミツクを主体として形成され、前記
    弁室は少なくとも弁体との摺動面がセラミツクで
    形成されている電歪素子を用いた切換弁。 (2) 積層形電歪素子の短縮時に、その伸長端側
    に弁体を吸着させて当接させるための磁気吸引手
    段を有することを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載の電歪素子を用いた切換弁。 (3) 弁本体全体が、セラミツクで形成されてい
    ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載の電歪素子を用いた切換弁。
