Claims (1)
- 混成集積回路基板と、該混成集積回路基板上の
所望の導電路に設けられた回路素子と、前記混成
集積回路基板の少なくとも一側辺端部に先端部が
段状に折曲げられた前記先端部を固着した外部リ
ードとを具備した混成集積回路において、前記外
部リードの前記先端部を段状折曲げ部より前記先
端部と逆方向に延在する突出部を有することを特
徴とする混成集積回路。
