Abstract

PURPOSE:To carry out the installation of a decked vessel safely and quickly, by carrying out a coordinate transformation on the breadth of a dock, the position of the center thereof, and the position of the stern part of the docked vessel via a distance measuring instrument, and installing the stern part on a given blocks via a driving means on the basis of these data. CONSTITUTION:On each side of a dock 7, a distance measuring instrument 1 and a reflecting part 2 are installed, and the distance is measured by the time in which the light being a signal medium emitted from the distance measuring instrument 1, via the reflecting part 2, returns to the distance measuring instrument 1, and the distance up to the position of the center of this distance is calculated. Further, the distance up to the position of the stern part of a docked vessel 3 is measured by the distance measuring instrument 1 via the reflecting part 2' equipped on the stern part of the same vessel. And the position of the stern part is calculated by the distance measuring instrument 1 on the basis of respective measured values, and the condition of deviation of the stern part is indicated. On the other hand, the position of the stern part is adjusted by winding side-tackle-wires 4 on the basis of the data, so that the stern part can be positioned in a given position of blocks previously installed.

Conventionally, in order to install a keel board of a docked ship, a board corresponding to the length, width, shape, etc. of the docked ship is installed in advance, and a position mark planned before docking is placed on the keel board. After the ship enters the dock, the diver will visually check it and send a signal to the ground worker, and while draining the dock, adjust the winding tension via the side tail wire and capstan.
The docked ship is installed at the planned position on the board using the position mark.

Traditionally, installation work for docked ships has involved a large portion of diving work, requiring a large number of divers, and although cooperation between divers and ground workers is essential, It is not always easy to communicate quickly and accurately with ground workers, and installing a docked ship in the planned position is an extremely difficult task. A part that should not have come into contact with the board came into contact with the board, causing damage to the ship, and the ship was unable to dock at the planned location, so water was poured into the dock again and the process was redone. There are various problems.

To this end, the present invention provides a method for installing a docked ship on a board, installing a distance measuring device with a calculation function on one side of the dock, and a reflecting section on the other side that reflects the signal emitted from the distance measuring device. By providing a reflecting part at the stern of the docked ship, the dock width, the center position of the dock width, and the stern position of the docked ship are coordinate-transformed via the distance measuring device, Based on this data, the stern section of the docked ship is installed on a board that has been installed in advance via a capstan installed on the dock side and a side tail wire that connects the capstan and the docked ship's hull. The ship's bow is positioned via a laser beam.

In short, according to the present invention, when a docked ship is installed on a board, a distance measuring device having a calculation function is placed on one side of the dock, and a signal emitted from the distance measuring device is reflected to the other side. By providing a reflective section at the stern of the docked ship, the center position of the dock width and the stern position of the docked ship can be determined through the distance measuring device. The coordinates are transformed, and based on the data, the stern section of the docked ship is installed on the board that has been installed in advance via the capstan installed on the dock side and the side tail wire that connects the capstan and the docked ship's hull. This method of installing a docked ship can safely, quickly, and reliably install a docked ship in a predetermined position by positioning the bow section of the ship using a laser beam. It is beneficial.
