Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、改良された隅部構造を用いた事によ
り強度及び剛性が増大された管形カートン（板紙
製包装箱）に関する。
種々の形のウエブ構造を用いてカートンの隅部
を形成する事は知られているが、この様なカート
ンは一般に、製品を一杯に入れられて輸送される
時に変形され易く、この結果、外観が悪くなると
ともに構造の一体性が損なわれる。
本発明による管形カートンは、底壁と、この底
壁の両側端に可折曲げに連結された一組の側壁
と、これらの両側壁の上端に可折曲げに連結され
た天井壁と、天井壁、底壁及び側壁の各両端に可
折曲げに連結された端片とを有し、上記端片の
各々の少くとも一部分は管形体（カートン本体）
の軸心に垂直に置かれ、さらに、カートンの各隅
において二つの相隣る端片を連結するウエブを有
し、上記相隣る二つの端片の一方中には曲げ線が
作られる。
以下、本発明を図面に示す実施例により説明す
る。
図に於て、１はカートンの底壁を示し、底壁１
の両側には、それぞれ折目線４及び５に沿つて側
壁２及び３が可折曲げに連結される。カートンの
天井壁は、天井壁板６と７との組合せにより形成
され、天井壁板６及び７はそれぞれ折目線８及び
９に沿つて側壁２及び３の上端に可折曲げに連結
される。カートンには、持運び部分が設けられ、
この部分は、天井壁板６及び７からそれぞれ打出
された取手孔１０及び１１により形成され、さら
に、天井壁板６及び７にはそれぞれ折目線１４及
び１５に沿つてクツシヨン片１２及び１３が設け
られる。
カートンの端壁構造は、折目線１８または１９
に沿つて側壁２の両端に可折曲げに連結された端
片１６，１７、折目線２２または２３に沿つて側
壁３の両端に可折曲げに連結された端片２０，２
１、折目線２６または２７に沿つて底壁１の両端
に可折曲げに連結された端片２４，２５、折目線
３０または３１に沿つて天井壁板６の両端に可折
曲げに連結された部分的端片２８，２９、及び、
折目３４または３５に沿つて天井壁板７の両端に
可折曲げに連結された部分的端片３２，３３、に
より形成される。
本発明の一特徴として、端片２４，２５及び部
分的端片２８，２９，３２，３３中にはそれぞれ
曲げ線３６，３７，３８，３９，４０，４１が設
けられ、よつて、隅板Ｂ１〜Ｂ６が形成される。
第１図に示す如く、曲げ線３６〜４１は折目線１
８，１９，２２，２３よりも外方にずらされ、折
目線２６，２７，３０，３１，３４，３５は折目
線１８，１９，２２，２３より内方にずらされ、
これらのずれにより、（完成したカートンに於て）
隅板Ｂ１〜Ｂ６が斜めに置かれる事になる。
本発明の他の特徴として、各端片を連結する為
の手段がウエブ４２〜４９の形に設けられる。各
ウエブ４２〜４９は実質的に同形であるから、ウ
エブ４８に就てのみ詳細を述べる。即ち、第７図
に於て、ウエブ４８は折目線５０に沿つて端片２
５に可折曲げに連結され、ウエブ４８の他端は折
目線５１に沿つて端片１７に可折曲げに連結され
る。ウエブ４８の切欠部の内側端１７ａは、端片
１７の端部５２によつて折目線１９から間隔をあ
けられている。この部分にある側壁２の隅部は斜
めの（面取りされた）隅５３を有し、さらに、折
目線５１は端片１７に対して隅５２よりも外方に
ずらされ、かつ、隅５３に実質的に平行に作られ
る。
最後に、カートンの基本的部分として開放片５
４が側壁３及び端片２１中に作られ、開放片５４
は、裂断線５５及び５６により形成され、折目線
５７に沿つて側壁３に可折曲げに連結される。
第１図に示した素材からカートンを作るには、
先づ、天井壁板６及び部分的端片２８，２９が持
上げられ、折目線８に沿つて右方に曲げられて第
２図に示す位置に置かれ、ついで、第２図に点彩
で示す如く接着剤が施される。ついで、折目線５
より右方にある素材の部分が持上げられて左方に
折曲げられ、天井壁板６と７とが接着されて、第
３図に示す如き形になる。この形は、つぶされた
状態のカートンの姿を示す。
カートンの形成を完了するには（カートンを立
体形にするには）、側壁２と３とが離されて、底
壁１及び天井壁６，７に垂直になるように置か
れ、よつて、カートンは、第４図に示す如き形に
なる。
カートン中に製品が入れられた後、小端片２
４，２５及び部分的端片２８，２９，３２，３３
がそれぞれ折目線２６，２７，３０，３１，３
４，３５に沿つて内方に折曲げられる。この折曲
げの際に、「ウエブ４２〜４９の各々において、
第７図に示す如く、例えば、斜めの隅５３に対し
て折目線５１がずらされていること」により、各
小端片（及び部分的端片）は「スナツプするよう
に」（“ぱたん”と扉がしまるように）所望の位置
（第５図に示す位置）の持ち来たされる。これに
より上記各端片は、所定の位置からの離脱を防ぐ
為の機械的部品または、隣接する端片への接着を
要することなしに堅くその位置に保たれ、しか
も、これによりハンドル構造の強度が損じられる
ことはない。
さらに、各端片２４，２５及び部分的端片２
８，２９，３２，３３は、それぞれ曲げ線３６，
３７，３８，３９，４０，４１に於て斜めな接合
部を形成し、隅板Ｂ１〜Ｂ６は斜めに置かれる。
従つて曲げ線３６〜４１と、これに近い折目線と
の間にある各端片の部分（即ち、斜めに置かれた
隅板）は、カートン内に入れられた製品の部分と
接触して、カートンの隅の破損を防ぐ。
管形のカートンを完成するには、ついで端片１
６，１７がそれぞれ折目線１８及び１９に沿つて
上げられ、ついで、端片１６及び１７の上部に接
着剤が施され、ついで、端片２０及び２１がそれ
ぞれ折目線２２及び２３に沿つて下げられ、よつ
て、カートンは、第６図に示す如き形に成る。完
成されたカートンに於ける本発明の他の利点は、
機械的な端壁ロツクを用いたカートンに於ては
屡々生ずる如き天井壁の曲がり及び、弱化が防止
される事であり、その理由は、すべての端片が正
しい位置に堅く保たれている事によるのである。
かくして、ウエブ４２〜４９を有する構造を用
いる事により、非常に強固で、変形、特に隅部に
於ける変形に対する抵抗力が極めて大きいカート
ンが提供されたのであり、さらに、このカートン
は、単に曲げ線３６〜４１とこれらに近い折目線
２６，２７，３０，３１，３４，３５との間の距
離を所望の如く変える事のみにより種々の寸法の
製品を収容し得る様にされ得、また、極めて強固
であるので、大きな一次包装品をも収容し得る。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ 底壁１と、この底壁の両側端に可折曲げに連
    結された一組の側壁２，３と、これらの両側壁の
    上端にそれぞれ可折曲げに連結された天井壁６，
    ７とを有し、上記側壁は上記天井壁に対して垂直
    に置かれて管形体を形成し、上記天井壁、底壁及
    び側壁の各両端には端片１６，１７，２０，２
    １，２４，２５，２８，２９，３２，３３が可折
    曲げに連結され、上記端片の各々少くとも一部は
    上記管形体の軸心に垂直に置かれ、さらに、カー
    トンの少くとも二つの相隣る隅において二つの相
    隣る上記端片を連結するウエブ４２〜４９を有す
    る管形カートンにおいて、上記二つの相隣る端片
    の一方には曲げ線３６〜４１が、上記一方の端片
    とこれに隣接する上記壁との間の折目線２６，２
    ７，３０，３１，３４，３５に平行に形成され、
    かつ、上記曲げ線と折目線とにより画成される隅
    板Ｂ１〜Ｂ６を有するとともに斜めの隅５３と端
    片１７の端部５２と上記端部５２によつて折目線
    １９から隔たれた内側端１７ａとからなる切欠部
    を隅板、側壁、端片及びウエブの各端部に形成し
    たことを特徴とするカートン。 ２ 上記一方の端片の、上記曲げ線の両側にある
    部分的端片は、相互に斜めに接合するように置か
    れることをさらに特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１
    項記載のカートン。 ３ 上記端片の一つ及びこれに隣接する上記壁に
    は、上記一つの壁に形成された折目線５７とその
    両端部からそれぞれ伸びる一対の破断線５５，５
    ６によつて画成された開放片５４が形成されるこ
    とを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項記載のカー
    トン。 ４ 上記天井壁には取手孔１０，１１が形成され
    ていることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項記
    載のカートン。
