、旋回台２に突設した固定用突片２１に適宜上下
重合可能とし、かつ、同重合部には固定ピン２５
を上下抜差し自在に挿通可能とすると共に、同固
定ピン２５を運転部３に設けた固定操作レバー２
７に連動連結してなるバツクホーにおける堀削部
