  1. 赤外線の投入口が形成されたケースと、前記ケ
    ース内に設けられ前記投入口からの赤外線が入射
    される赤外線検出センサと、前記ケース内に設け
    られ前記センサの出力値を補正する補正ダイオー
    ドと、前記ダイオードに近接して冷却部が設けら
    れ前記ダイオードを冷却するペルチエ素子とを備
    えた高温測定装置。
