- 回転軸側に担持した回転側密封要素と機筐側に
担持した固定側密封要素を気密的に摺動して軸封
するメカニカルシールにおいて、固定側密封要素
の内部に構成した環状内腔に作動流体を充填封入
したことを特徴とするメカニカルシール。
