している磁気コアに巻線を施した例を示す。 図において、１，２：磁気コア、３，４：巻線
、５：磁気ギヤツプ、６：ホルダ、９：絶縁材、
１０：中継基板、１１：リード線、１２，１３：
ボビン、１４，１５：ピン端子。
本考案による磁気ヘツドを構成している磁気コア
に巻線を施した例を示し、第３図は従来の磁気ヘ
ツドの斜視図、第４図は従来の磁気ヘツドを構成
している磁気コアに巻線を施した例を示す。 図において、１，２：磁気コア、３，４：巻線
、５：磁気ギヤツプ、６：ホルダ、９：絶縁材、
１０：中継基板、１１：リード線、１２，１３：
ボビン、１４，１５：ピン端子。
Claims (1)
- 対をなす２つの略Ｃ字状の磁気コアの胴部にそ
れぞれ巻線を施し、これらの磁気コアのあらかじ
め定められた突き合わせ部に磁気ギヤツプを形成
してなる磁気ヘツドにおいて、前記２つの磁気コ
アのそれぞれの巻線すべき部分に巻線用ボビンを
樹脂材にて一体成形し、該巻線用ボビンに巻線を
施すことを特徴とする磁気ヘツド。
