板と、円周方向に沿つて歯形溝が連続して形成さ
れたラチエツト受けとを上下方向に相対向させて
配置し、ラチエツト円板のラチエツトピン挿入孔
に上下方向に摺動自在に挿入されたラチエツトピ
ンと、ラチエツト受けの歯形溝との係合によりラ
チエツト円板が逆回転するのを防止する構成のラ
チエツト装置に於いて、前記ラチエツトピン又は
前記ラチエツトピン挿入孔の上端を閉塞している
ラチエツトカバーに小径の圧力バランス孔を貫通
