- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 底面を光学的に開口した器具本体内に紫外線ラ
ンプを配設してなる紫外線照射器具と、 被照射物を載置して上記紫外線照射器具の下を
通過して紫外線照射させるベルトコンベアと、 このコンベアベルト上にその進行方向を横切り
かつ頂端が上記紫外線照射器具の底面に近接する
ように立設された遮光板と、 を具備したことを特徴とする紫外線照射装置。
