In Figure 2 a, the mobile terminal is in a telephone call state.
The signal transmitter/receiver REC SND of the MSS is connected to the telephone channel SCH0 by the channel selector CHS, the corresponding frequency is used and connected to the telephone exchange TELEX via the signal conversion circuit CON of the base station MBS and the bidirectional trunk BWT of the control station MCC. and is connected to the other party's phone TEL. In this state, if the party on the mobile terminal MSS side sends a special signal (for example, a hooking signal (including data)) requesting malicious call tracing (or call recording), which is a special service, to the control station MCC, the The timing chart will be as shown in Figure 2b. In other words, the signal HS picked up by the subscriber is transferred to the mobile terminal MSS.
The signal transmitter/receiver REC SED and control circuit (not shown) send a tone signal TS, which is special service control information, to the receiving call channel SCH0, followed by data (subscriber number information of the mobile terminal MSS, etc.)
Send D. Bidirectional trunk on control station MCC side
The tone receiver REC connected to the BWT receives the tone signal TS, connects the data transceiver E/D1 to receive the subsequent data D, receives the data D, and sends the malicious call trace request to the control station.
MCC can make the decision.

However, according to this method, various troubles occur because communication is carried out via a communication channel during a telephone conversation. In other words, when tracing a malicious call, etc., the trace request signal is sent to the control station.
When sending to the MCC (and higher-level telephone exchange), the tone can be heard on the other party's telephone TEL, and the original function that must be done secretly will no longer be fulfilled. In addition, in the case of other special services such as sending a forwarding number, it is difficult to send and receive special service control information during a call because the receiving side is not connected to the data transceiver E/D3 for receiving normal number information. It is.

In FIG. 3, the state during a call is exactly the same as in FIG. ), the channel selector CHS is temporarily switched to the originating channel ACH, and the special service control information data D is received by the mobile control station MCC data transmitter/receiver E/D3 via the mobile radio base station MBS. MCC can recognize malicious call trace requests from mobile terminal MSS. Note that while switching to the outgoing channel ACH, a visual indication CHC of the switching is performed to the subscriber of the mobile terminal MSS.
This visual display CHC is canceled by the control circuit after the transmission of the special service control information data D is completed. More specifically, in this mobile telephone switching system, there is an outgoing channel A-CH used when making a call from the mobile terminal MSS, an incoming channel P-CH used when receiving a call to the mobile terminal MSS, and It is equipped with a communication channel S-CH used during a call between the MSS and the other party's telephone TEL. Mobile terminal MSS switch contact HS
is the channel selector CHS call channel
When transmitting special service control information from the mobile terminal MSS to the control station MCC through the outgoing channel ACH during a call using SCH 0 , a hooking signal is generated as a special signal requesting transmission of this control information. The channel selector CHS selects the call channel SCH 0 when the hooking signal is generated by the hook switch contact HS.
Switch to This switching control is performed by the control circuit described above. The signal transmitter/receiver REC SND sends special service control information to the control station MCC side through the transmission channel ACH. The base station via the CHS outgoing channel ACH, which was temporarily switched during a call between the mobile terminal MCC and the other party's telephone TEL.
The special service control information received by the MBS is transmitted to the signal conversion circuit CON corresponding to the outgoing channel A-CH.
The signal is subjected to conversion processing from a radio frequency signal to a logic level signal, etc., and is input to the data transmitter/receiver E/D3 of the control station MCC and decoded.
The decoded special service control information is input from the data transceiver E/D3 to a control circuit (not shown) and analyzed. This allows the control station MCC to handle malicious call trace requests from the mobile terminal MSS.

As explained above, by switching channels on the mobile terminal MSS side, the present invention eliminates the need for a tone receiver, etc. in the bidirectional trunk BWT on the control station MCC side, and also prevents malicious call detection from being detected by the other party. It can be done.
