Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. スロツトルバルブの開閉をモータにより駆動制
    御するとともに、スロツトルバルブの開度を該モ
    ータの回転に応じて検出するバルブ開度検出手段
    を有するアクチエータと、設定された目標車速に
    車速を維持するように該アクチエータを制御する
    制御回路を備えた自動定速走行装置において、前
    記制御回路は、前記アクチエータのバルブ開度検
    出手段からの信号に基づいて該アクチエータのモ
    ータのスロツトルバルブ全開方向における回転を
    停止させる手段を有することを特徴とする自動定
    速走行装置。
