- 鉄筋コンクリート造あるいは鉄骨鉄筋コンクリ
ート造の偏平断面柱において、柱断面両側の仮想
圧縮部と柱断面中央部との一方乃至双方の柱主筋
を、せん断補強筋とは別に角スパイラル筋を用い
て横補強したことを特徴とする偏平断面柱。
