Claims (1)
- 電子負荷と該電子負荷の両端に接続された被測
定端子に取り付けられた被測定電源とで１測定回
路を構成し、アイソレーシヨンアンプを介した電
子負荷制御信号で前記電子負荷の負荷値を制御し
て前記被測定電源の特性を測定する電源テスター
において、前記１測定回路の前記電子負荷と前記
被測定端子との間にスイツチ素子を設け、該スイ
ツチ素子を含んだ１測定回路を前記アイソレーシ
ヨンアンプ１台に共通接続線を用いて複数回路並
列接続し、前記共通接続線のインピーダンス及び
並列する前記電子負荷の負荷値を互いに等しく設
定して前記共通接続線に共通回路電流が流れない
ようにし、複数の前記被測定電源の特性を測定す
ることを特徴とする電源テスター。
