気抵抗を測定し、該電気抵抗より被測定物の材料
劣化を診断する材料劣化診断装置において、前記
端子電極を前記被測定物に溶着し、前記被測定物
に温度測定手段を固着し、前記微小電位差計の計
測値と、前記温度測定手段の計測値とから前記被
測定物の材料劣化を演算する材料劣化演算手段を
