る。 図において１〜１ｃは振動子、２はダンパー、
３〜３ｃは音響レンズ、７〜７ｃは拡散超音波ビ
ーム、８〜８ｃは収束超音波ビーム、９〜９ｃは
超音波ビームの収束領域である。尚、各図中同一
符号は同一又は相当部分を示す。

る。 図において１〜１ｃは振動子、２はダンパー、
３〜３ｃは音響レンズ、７〜７ｃは拡散超音波ビ

符号は同一又は相当部分を示す。
Claims (1)
- 一方には超音波ビームを拡散させ、他の一方に
は超音波ビームを収束させるラインフオーカス形
の超音波探触子において、超音波ビームを拡散さ
せる方向に複数個配置された振動子と、上記振動
子の被検査材との対向面上で上記振動子の配列方
向とは逆方向に配置され、かつその曲率半径がそ
れぞれの振動子ごとに異なる曲率を有する八つ橋
形の音響レンズとを具備したことを特徴とする複
合超音波探触子。
