The part was inserted into the perforation of the panel by obtaining its own elastic deformation, and after insertion, the restoring force of the legs cooperated with the head to hold the hole edge, thereby superimposing and supporting the panel.

In the past, the legs had the disadvantage of deforming in shape and collaborating with the head to reduce the holding force for holding the panel.

The above-mentioned drawbacks are effectively solved by forming a locking pawl that prevents the spring from coming off, and by adopting a configuration in which the metal plate spring is detachably attached to the leg via the locking pawl. .

る構成とした点にある。 Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail based on each illustrated embodiment. As shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, the holding fixture according to the first embodiment includes a head 1 and an elastically deformable shape, that is, a substantially V-shape, which is vertically disposed on the lower surface of the head 1 via a connecting part 2. The leg part 3 which exhibits the shape is integrally molded from a synthetic resin material, and the feature is that a metal plate spring, which will be described later, is removably attached to the inside of the leg part 3 over the entire length of the V-shape as shown in the figure. In addition to forming a groove 4 for mounting, a plurality of lock claws 5 are formed on the opening edge of the mounting groove 4 to prevent the leaf spring from coming off.

It fits into the formed mounting groove 4 and is removably mounted on the leg portion 3 via each of the lock claws 5.

When inserted into each of the holes H 1 and H 2 , the legs 3 restored in exactly the same condition as before will work together with the head 1 to hold the edges of the holes in the two panels P 1 and P 2 . , the two panels P 1 and P 2 can be reliably supported by polymerization, and even if such a state is placed in a high-temperature atmosphere, the legs 3 are supported by the presence of the metal plate springs 6 installed inside. Since it is reinforced, there is no need to worry about the shape deforming like in the past. Further, the structure in which the leaf spring 6 is inserted into the holding fixture after molding is less expensive than insert molding.

As shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, this fixture has a leg portion 3 having an elastically deformable shape, that is, a substantially rhombic shape, on the lower surface of the head 1. Although it is integrally molded from a synthetic resin material, the feature is that, unlike the first embodiment, a metal plate spring 6 of approximately the same shape is attached overlappingly from the inside of the leg portion 3 to approximately the entire length of the inner wall surface. In addition, locking claws 5 are formed alternately at regular intervals at the front and rear of the leg portions 3 to prevent the metal plate springs 6 which are superimposed on each other from coming off.

The two panels P 1 and P 2 are held together to securely support the two panels P 1 and P 2 , and the leg portion 3 is reinforced by the presence of a metal plate spring 6 that is removably attached to the inside. There is no need to worry about deformation in the high temperature atmosphere as in the conventional case.

できることとなつた。 As described above, the present invention is characterized in that a metal plate spring having substantially the same shape as the leg is removably attached to the leg having an elastically deformable shape via a locking claw. Even when used in high-temperature atmospheres, the legs are effectively reinforced and do not deform due to the presence of attached metal plate springs, completely preventing the reduction in the holding force of the panel that cooperates with the head. It turned out to be preventable.

利点もある。 Moreover, in the holding fixture of the present invention, since the metal plate spring is removably attached to the leg portion from behind, the metal plate spring is embedded in the leg portion in advance by insert molding. Compared to the above, it has the advantage of being easier and cheaper to manufacture, and when used under conditions where there is no concern about temperature changes, the metal plate spring can be easily removed from the leg.
Since it can be used simply as a resin holding fixture, there is also the advantage that the mode of use can be changed as appropriate depending on the conditions of use.
