Claims (1)
- 軸受部に回転軸を内挿し、軸受部内周面と回転
軸外周面との間に軸受部内周面より加圧空気を噴
出し、回転軸を無接触支承する静圧空気回転軸受
装置において、少なくとも回転軸をセラミツク材
で構成し、該回転軸の両端面に各々板状体を当接
させるとともに上記回転軸両端内部に各々金属ス
リーブを埋設し、両金属スリーブ間に支持壁を介
在させて両金属スリーブ同士を連結し、該金属ス
リーブに対し、上記板状体に挿通したボルトを螺
締するようにしたことを特徴とする静圧空気回転
軸受装置。
