    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 光フアイバの長手方向所要位置に、クラツドを
    除去しライトガイドコア外周部を露出せしめた湿
    度検出部を設けると共に、該光フアイバの一端に
    発光器を、他端に光量測定器を夫々配設してなる
    ことを特徴とする光フアイバ湿度センサ。
