Claims (1)
- 外観検査後のＩＣ装置が滑走するパスラインに
対し直交する方向へ移動可能であつて且つ前記Ｉ
Ｃ装置を後続のラインに供給する複数のレールを
設け、該レールの前記ＩＣ装置の入側及び出側に
それぞれ該ＩＣ装置の滑走を停止するストツパを
前記パスラインに対して出没可能に設けたことを
特徴とするＩＣ装置の選別装置。
