  1. 複数個の太陽電池セルを備え、各太陽電池セル
    とこれに隣接する太陽電池セル間をインターコネ
    クタにより電気的に接続してなる太陽電池モジユ
    ールにおいて、少なくとも上記太陽電池セルとイ
    ンターコネクタの接続箇所に対応して上記インタ
    ーコネクタの表面部又は裏面部に低熱膨張率の部
    材を設けたことを特徴とする太陽電池モジユール
    。
