Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 この発明は、振動式歯科治療器械の中ぐりバイト保持装
置に関するものである。
従来の技術 歯根管の中ぐり用バイトに振動性の運動を伝達する手段
を備えた歯科治療器械内に前記中ぐりバイトを保持する
装置について、宣誓供述者は、原特許に記述している。
即ち、前記中ぐりバイト保持装置は中央管状コアから成
っているが、このコアの近い方の端部は前記の振動運動
伝達手段に連結されているので、このコアは前記の振動
性運動を接受する。このコアの遠い方の端部は、コアの
軸線に対して斜めに曲げられて封部を形成し、この封部
の内部の延長部分は穿孔されている。中ぐりバイトは、
前記のように射影に曲げられた部分、及び前記延長部分
の穿孔の中に置かれ、止め部材によって適所に保持され
るが、この止め部材は、前記コアの、斜めに曲げられて
いない部分、つまり、封部でない部分にねじで取付けら
れて、バイト柄の、前記コアから上方に抜き出ている部
分の両側面を圧迫する。
さらに、原特許の第一追加特許には、バイトが、バイト
ホルダにねじで取付けられた第一、ｄ−め部材の上部隆
起縁によって、バイト収容部内に固定され、この第−止
め部材自体が第二止め部材によって固定され、この第二
止め部材の後部は、ナツト／ロック−ナツト集合体方式
で、バイトホルダ１、こねじで取付けられていることが
、明確に示されている。
発明が解決しようとする問題点 これらの装置は十分な満足を与えるけれども、歯科医師
が止め部材の締め付は状態を適確に判断することができ
なくて、締め付けが強すぎる、又は不足することが起り
うる。
問題点を解決するための手段 この発明は、１：記問題点を排除した改良に関する。こ
の目的で、第二Ｉにめ部材は、ねじが切っである部材を
回して嵌める方式ではなくて、圧縮ばねに抗する摺動方
式で治療器械の鼻部に取付けら肛るが、この圧縮ばねは
、治療器械（中央管状コア）に支持されていて、一定の
力で前記の第二止め部材を第一バイ１−止め部材の方へ
押し返す。
さらに、この発明は、バイ１−が治療器械から滑り落ち
ないように、特にバイトを治療器械から取外すときに滑
り落ちないように意図したもう一つの改良に関する。こ
の目的で、又本願の発明に従って、バイト柄と、管状コ
アの鼻部に設けられているバイト柄収容部には、それぞ
れ、四部複数個と凸部複数個とが設けてあり、例えば、
ねじのねじ山と、ねじ穴のねじ溝とが互いに嵌合するよ
うに、バイＩ−柄の凹部と、バイト柄収容部の凸部とが
、又はバイト柄の凸部と、バイ１−柄収容部の四部とが
互いに嵌り合って、これら凹部と凸部は、バイトがバイ
ト軸線の方向に移動することを防止する。
作用 前述のように、この発明の構成によると、第二止め部材
は、ばねに抗して、即ち、ばねが圧縮されてばね軸線の
−・方向へ摺動し、又、このばねの反力により、逆方向
へ押し戻される。さらに、バイ１−は、治療器械から着
脱するときに、滑り落ちることはない。
実施例 次に、上述の従来技術である二つの改良を包含する一実
施態様の縦断面を示す添付図面を参照して、本発明につ
いて更に詳細に説明する。
この図面において、振動軸がアラビア数字１で表わして
あり、後部にねじ山が切っである中空コア２が、原特許
における方式と同様の方法で、前記振動軸１にねじ込ん
である。前記コア２の前部には、バイト４の収容部３が
斜めに配設しである。
バイト４をバイト収容部３内に保持するための止め具は
キャップ５である。中空コア２の前記前部にはキャップ
５が手の力で嵌めである。キャップ５自体は、摺動部材
６によって保持されている。
この摺動部材６は、原特許の第一追加特許明細書に記述
されているように、外面にねじ山が切っであるコアに、
この部材を回して嵌めるのではなく、キャップ５と同様
に、中空コア２に手の力で嵌められており、中空コア２
の肩部８と、摺動部材６の肩部９との間で圧縮されてい
るばね７によってキャップ５の方へ押し返される。この
ばね７の力を受けて、摺動部材６はキャップ５を前方に
押し返す。キャップ５の隆起縁１０．１１−は、常に一
定の力で、バイト４をその収容部３内に保持するが、そ
れは、この常に一定の力が、ばね７の力そのものである
からである。
更に、本発明に従って、バイト収容部３には、雌ねじ又
は円形の条溝が切ってあり、一方、バイト４の柄には、
バイトの取付は又は取外しを容易ならしめる成る量の遊
びを以って、前記雌ねじ又は条溝に正確に嵌合する部分
が設けである。
バイト４が適所にある場合には、バイト４は、前記嵌合
と、キャップ５の隆起８１０、ＩＪ−との両方によって
保持されている。バイト４の保持を解除するには、ばね
７を圧縮するようにして摺動部材６を右の方へ摺動させ
るだけで十分である。
バイト４は、このようにして、その保持が解除されるが
、上述のねじ山間の、又は条溝間の遊びのために、バイ
ト４がバイト収容部３から滑り落ちるという恐れ咎伴う
ことなく、バイト４を引き抜くことができる。
止め輪１２は、摺動部材６の前進運動の距離を限定して
いる。
発明の効果 この発明によると、摺動部材をばねに抗して右方へ動か
すだけで簡便にバイトの着脱ができ、しかも、バイトを
装着した場合には、前記ばねは一定の押圧力を常にバイ
トに与えているから、締め付けの強弱がなく、かつ、所
望する適確な位置に設定することができる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １　振動式歯科治療器械の中ぐりバイト保持装置であっ
    て、止め部材を手の力でコアの前部に嵌め、圧縮ばねの
    前方向に反発しようとする力を受けて前記コアの後部を
    摺動する部材をして前記止め部材を押し返せしめ、この
    押し返される止め部材をしてバイトを適所に保持せしめ
    るようにしたことを特徴とするもの。 ２　振動式歯科治療器械の中ぐりバイト保持装置であっ
    て、バイトの装着に際してバイトを挿入する、又は取外
    しに際してバイトを引き抜くことはできるが、バイトが
    保持されているとき、又はその保持が解除されたとき、
    バイトの、バイト軸方向の移動を防止するような遊びを
    有して互いに嵌合する条溝又は類似物が、バイト収容部
    と、バイト柄とに設けてあることを特徴とするもの。
