せる操作レバーと、上記作動杆の上下動に伴つて
動作し炊飯回路と保温回路との切換えを行なうス
イツチとを備えた炊飯器において、上記操作レバ
ーは縦レバー部と横レバー部とにより略Ｌ字形状
に形成し、上記縦レバー部を炊飯器本体の操作パ
ネルの内側に位置させて該縦レバー部の中間部を
回動自在に枢支すると共に、横レバー部の自由端
側を上記作動杆に連係させ他方操作パネルの開口
部には両側中央部に軸を突設するスイツチ釦を配
置し、このスイツチ釦の軸の背後に当接して上下
部位を操作パネルに係止するバネ線材により上記
スイツチ釦を支持し、このスイツチ釦の背面には
縦レバー部の枢支点を境にその上方部位と下方部
位とを押圧操作すべく構成したことを特徴とする
