置において、前記アプリケータは一方の電極とし
ての挿入用外管と、該外管の内部に同軸状に固定
され他方の電極として機能する金属芯と、これら
両電極間を絶縁する絶縁体と、を有し、前記外管
と金属芯とを熱電対で構成することにより、同一
のアプリケータにて患部の温熱治療と温度測定と
を同時に行うことを特徴とするRFインターステ
