Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (イ) プレス加工機に一枚毎板材を送る一対のロ
    ールと、 (ロ) 該一対のロールの近傍に設けられ、板材の
    先端を検知するセンサと、 (ハ) 該センサから位置決めされるべき板材の先
    端位置までの位置決め送り長さに対応する発振パ
    ルス数を設定する送り量設定器と、 (ニ) 前記一対のロールを開閉する上下駆動手段
    と、 (ホ) 前記一対のロールを開き、これらロール間
    に当該板材の先端を挿入し且この一対のロールと
    前記センサとの間に臨ましめ、次いで該一対のロ
    ールを閉じ、前記送り量設定器の位置決め送り指
    令により、該板材の先端がセンサに達するまでは
    数値制御によらないで初期カウント値に対応した
    速度によつて前記ロールを駆動する手段と、 (ヘ) 板材の先端が前記センサによつて検知され
    ると同時に、前記送り量設定器に設定された位置
    決め送り長さに対応するパルス数による数値制御
    によつて前記ロールを駆動する手段とを設けたこ
    とを特徴とする板材の先端位置決め制御装置。
