Claims (1)
切削液の飛散を防止するスプラッシュガードであって、
工作機械の基台の背面に取付け、固定され、前記工作機
械のテーブル後方の衝立面を形成する後部カバーと、テ
ーブル前方の衝立面を形成して前記後部カバーの衝立面
と協働し、テーブル周囲を囲繞すると共にテーブルの下
方に回り込んだ受けを有する前部カバーと、該前部カバ
ーを前記後部カバーに対して自立して移動可能なように
前部カバーに取付けた適数の車輪付き脚とを具備して構
成され、前部カバーを後部カバーに係合させてテーブル
をカバー空間内に閉鎖し、また前部カバーを後部カバー
から引き離してテーブルを開放状態になし得ることを特
徴とした工作機械の可搬形スプラッシュガード。 2、前記後部カバーに前記前部カバーと着脱自在に連結
する連結金具を適数具備して成る特許請求の範囲第1項
に記載の工作機械の可搬形スプラッシュガード。 3、前記前部カバーが外部から前記工作機械の作動を監
視可能な透明な窓と、軽作業の実行可能な引戸とを具備
して成る特許請求の範囲第1項又は第2項に記載の工作
機械の可搬形スプラッシュガード。 4、前記車輪付きの脚は夫々掛けはずし自在なブレーキ
装置を具備して成る特許請求の範囲第1項に記載の工作
機械の可搬形スプラッシュガード。[Claims] 1. A splash guard that prevents the scattering of chips and cutting fluid generated in a machine tool having a vertical spindle,
a rear cover that is attached and fixed to the back of the base of the machine tool and forms a screen behind the table of the machine tool; a rear cover that forms a screen in front of the table and cooperates with the screen of the rear cover; A front cover having a receiver surrounding the table and extending below the table, and a suitable number of wheels attached to the front cover so that the front cover can be moved independently with respect to the rear cover. The table is comprised of legs, and the front cover can be engaged with the rear cover to close the table in the cover space, and the front cover can be pulled away from the rear cover to open the table.
