外端部に第2の操作ハンドルが取り付けられかつ
ボデイ内端部に前記シヤフトに設けたねじ部と螺
合するねじ部を有するスリーブと、このスリーブ
のボデイ内端部にそのスリーブの進退によつて前
記第2の弁座に接触又は開離して流体の流れを制
御する第2のデスクとから構成したことを特徴と
