The figure is an explanatory diagram showing an example of the above-mentioned external wall structure, 1 is an existing external wall, and 2 is a structure consisting of main pillars and studs.
It has a structure in which a parting edge 3, furring edges 4 and 5, a picture frame 6, an exterior panel 7, and drainers 8 and 9 are arranged on the outside of the frame. That is, the existing exterior wall 1 has a plurality of edges 4 and 5 for attaching exterior panels 7 to the outside of the structure 2 consisting of main pillars and studs, and
A parting edge 3 is placed on the boundary with the small wall, and a picture frame 6 is placed around openings such as doors and windows. The panel 7, in particular, has a structure in which a single metal plate panel, for example, a square wave colored galvanized iron plate is fixed via nails,
In addition, it has a structure in which the parting edge 3 and the frame 6 protrude outward from the surface of the exterior panel 7.
Reference numeral 10 denotes a newly constructed exterior wall structure, and on the outside of the exterior panel 7, a newly installed rim (hereinafter simply referred to as a rim), a newly installed drain (hereinafter simply referred to as a drain) 13, 14, a panel 15 containing a heat insulating material, and a caulking layer 16 are installed. This is the installed configuration. To explain further, the furring 11, 1
2 is fixed to the furring edges 4, 5 via nails at least at a certain position in a portion corresponding to the furring edges 4, 5.
Further, the drainers 13 and 14 are formed as shown in FIGS. 2a and 2b. In other words, figure a shows the installed state of the drainer 13 near the parting edge 3, and the drainer 13 is connected to the outer surface 7a of the exterior panel 7 by the thickness l 1 of the furring edge 11 and the thickness l of the insulation-filled panel 15. If it is 2
l 3 = l 1 + l 2 + Δl + 2 to 3 mm, Δl = 3 to 5 mm,
In addition, the height direction is from the lower surface 3a of the parting edge 3 to the furring edge 11.
Assuming that the height to the vicinity is h 1 , the length extending downward from the vicinity of the upper end 15a of the insulation panel 15 is h 2 , and the height of the inclined surface 13a is h 3 , H=h 1 +h 2 +h 3 . It covers the upper end of the panel 15 from the parting edge 3. Figure b shows drainer 1 installed near picture frame 6.
4, and if the thickness of the panel 15 containing heat insulating material is l 2 , then l 4 =l 2 +5 mm. In addition, the height of the drainer 14 and the dimensional relationship h 4 to h 7 of the drainer 9 are shown in Figure 2b.
When set as shown, H 1 = h 4 + h 5 ,
h 7 = h 5 + h 6 , h 6 = about 10 mm. In addition, inclined surface 1
4a and its tip 14b are formed at an acute angle to improve the flow of rainwater and drainage. In addition, the panel 15 with insulation material
The structure is as shown in FIGS. 3a to 3c, and FIG. 3A shows a panel in which a heat insulating material (plastic foam, cellulose fiber, nonflammable mineral fiber) 15c is filled between the front material 15a and the back material 15b, and FIG. 1 is a panel in which the shape of the heat insulating material 15c is deformed, and FIG. Of course, any known panel filled with insulation material can be used.
次に具体例につき説明する。 Next, a specific example will be explained.

1 and 12 are fixed to the furring edges 4 and 5 (existing furring edges) via nails. Next, the drainer 14 is fixed to the body rim 12,
Thereafter, the female connecting portions 15d of the heat insulating panel 15 shown in FIG. 3a are fixed to the rims 11 and 12 with nails and connected in sequence. Next, as shown in FIG. 1, the drainer 13 is constructed as shown in FIG.
Attach to. A caulking material is filled in the vicinity of the parting edge 3 installed in this way so as to cover the tip of the drainer 8, the lower surface 3a of the parting edge, and the upper end of the parting edge 13, thereby forming a waterproof caulking layer 16.

In addition, since it is a double layer of existing panels and new panels, and a gap is formed as thick as the rim, it has a structure with excellent heat insulation and soundproofing properties. Furthermore, it has the feature that the waterproof structure near the border and picture frame can be easily and reliably formed.
