- 半導体製方形板の１対の対向側壁を固定壁とし
、前記固定壁と平行な平行脚部を有する１対のＵ
字形窓を前記方形板の前記固定壁に平行な中心軸
線に関して対称に前記方形板に穿ち、前記固定壁
と直交する前記方形板の側壁を作用壁とし、前記
作用壁上に作用点を設け、前記固定壁と前記Ｕ字
形窓との間及び前記作用点の周囲にスリツトを穿
ち、前記作用点に加えられる前記固定壁と平行な
方向の力に応じ前記Ｕ字形窓に歪を生じさせてな
る力を歪に変換する起歪素子。
