- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 その内部に光学系が挿入された内筒と、この内
筒と所定間隔を介して同心状に配設された外筒を
有し、上記内筒と外筒との間に冷却空気を送入す
ることにより上記光学系を冷却するよう構成され
た冷却筒において、 上記内筒の外周部に鍔状かつ上記外筒の内径よ
りも小さく突出形成され、その板面に複数の小径
の穴を有する熱仕切り板を備えたことを特徴とす
る冷却筒の空気整流構造。
