以下本発明の実施例を図面により詳述する。
尚、プリント板1やケース7内の構成は従来例と
同様である。3はプリント板1に立設された多数
の表示素子たる発光ダイオード9を位置決めして
保持固定するアルミニウム板や鉄板等からなるホ
ルダーで、このホルダー3は断面略コ字形に折曲
形成され、その中央部に凹溝5を形成している。
またホルダー3の凹溝5の上端より外側方へ略全
長に亘つて側片20が延出され、この一方の側片
20の両端部に切込みを入れ、その部分を下方に
折曲してプリント板1を固定する固定片21を
夫々形成している。この固定片21にプリント板
1を当接して固定ねじ22にてプリント板1とホ
ルダー3とを固定し、プリント板ブロツク6を形
成している。またプリント板1上に立設された発
光ダイオード9は第6図及び第7図に示すよう
に、発光ダイオード9のリード線10を略90゜に
折曲し、発光ダイオード9の表示部2をホルダー
3の挿通孔4に挿通して表示部2を凹溝5内に位
置決めしている。このとき、発光ダイオード9の
表示部2の基部の鍔23がホルダー3の挿通孔4
の下面周縁に当接して発光ダイオード9が固定さ
れる。従つて表示部2の先端面の位置がホルダー
3の上面より寸法A(0.5mm程度)だけ凹んだ位置
に固定でき、ホルダー3の凹溝5内における発光
ダイオード9の表示部2の高さ方向の位置決めが
できるものである。また発光ダイオード9をホル
ダー3の凹溝5内で点灯させるため、凹溝5の内
壁面が反射板として機能し、発光ダイオード9が
見えやすく、且つ明るく点灯するものである。ケ
ース7の上部の取付片19との角部にはL形に切
欠8が削設されている。この上部が開口した切欠
8はプリント板ブロツク6を位置決め固定するも
のであり、各コネクタ13に対応した部位に設け
てある。切欠8の巾はホルダー3の凹溝5と反対
側となる突部25の外側における巾寸法と略同じ
に形成してあり、プリント板1をコネクタ13に
嵌合した際ホルダー3の両端部突部25が嵌め込
まれる。このとき、ホルダー3の突部25の両外
側面が切欠8の内側の端面と当接するために、ホ
ルダー3の水平方向の位置決めが行なわれる。ま
たホルダー3の両側片20の下面がケース7の取
付片19の上面と係接し、ホルダー3の垂直方向
での位置決めがなされる。この場合、プリント板
1に直接力がかからないために、位置決め用の嵌
め合いもすきまが最少限に構成でき、位置ずれが
なくなるものである。プリント板1とケース7と
の寸法公差はプリント板1をコネクタ13へ差し
込む差し込み代で吸収している。尚、ホルダー3
の突部25の両端部が切欠8を介してケース7外
へ突出しており、第9図に示すように、この突出
した突部25を上方へ押すことにより、プリント
板ブロツク6を容易に抜き取ることができる。更
にホルダー3を上述した鉄やアルミニウム等の導
電体で作成することにより、鉄板で形成されたケ
ース7とホルダー3の密着でホルダー3がアース
され、発光ダイオード9の表面からのノイズの遮
断効果がある。またホルダー3は鉄板やアルミニ
ウム板等で曲げて形成してもよいが、第10図に
示すようにアルミニウム押出し成型品で形成して
