First, as described above, the tape 78 is lowered, the lower end of the tape 78 is held by the tape receiver 100 and the tape holding claw 104, and the tape 78 is set so as to close the front side of the insertion opening 3. At the same time, the power supply 152 of the operation panel 151 is turned on, and the tag 114 is inserted between the die 5 and the holding plate 113 as shown in FIG. 12A. Next, as shown in FIG. 12B, the mounting table 11
Press the tape 78 with the neck of the bag 2 from above 7,
It is inserted into the insertion opening 3, and the tape 78 is wound around the neck of the bag 2 in an inverted state (see FIG. 14), and the top of the tag 114 is folded down so that its attachment hole 116 is aligned with the top of the die 5. On the other hand, as the neck of the bag 2 is inserted, the detection member 118 is pulled by the tension spring 11 as described above.
9, the switch 124 is closed by the switch operation part 122, and rotated against the elasticity of the detection member 125 and the tension spring 129, and the switch 13 is closed by the switch operation piece 130.
Since the switch 148 is closed by the cam 145, the motor 18 is driven. The drive of this motor 18 causes the main shaft 16 to rotate, and the twelfth
As shown in Figure C, the cam follower 141
When the lever 136 falls into the valley of 42, the tension spring 140
The sliding member 13 rotates counterclockwise due to the elasticity of the sliding member 13.
3 and the protective cover 134 are lowered. As these sliding members 133 and protective cover 134 descend,
The cam 145 is separated from the switch 148 and the switch 148 opens, but the switch 144 is closed by the switch operation piece 143 attached to the sliding member 133, so the motor 18 continues to drive. Accordingly, the lever 12 is rotated counterclockwise by the cam 17 against the elasticity of the tension spring 14, and the shaft 11, punch 4, tape pushing plate 106, etc. begin to descend.
However, if a finger or the like is inserted under the protective cover 134 and the lowering of the protective cover 134 is prevented, the switch 144 will not close, so the driving of the motor 18 will be stopped and the punch 4 etc. will not lower. Therefore, danger can be prevented. While the punch 4 and the like begin to descend as described above, the pressing force of the bag 2 against the detection members 118 and 125 is released, or the bag 2 is actively drawn toward the protective cover 134. When the lever 12 is rotated counterclockwise, the lever 9 has a cam follower 96 in contact with the upper surface of the lever 12, as shown in FIG. 12D.
2 rotates clockwise against the elasticity of the tension spring 94, and the tightening roller 99 on the lever 12 side descends.
The tightening roller 97 on the lever 92 side rises. At this time, since the tape 78 on the tape supply reel 76 side is braked by the pedestal 80 and the brake shoe 82 as described above, the tape 78 on the bag 2 side is pulled, and the protective cover is closed as shown in FIG. 13B. 134
The neck of the bag 2 regulated by the tape 78 is tightened by the tape 78 and the tape presser 1 is
01 against the elasticity of the compression spring 103,
The tape 78 is placed between the tape receiver 100 and the tape presser 101.
It can be inserted between the Punch 4 the other day
The tape pushing plate 106 and the like continue to descend, and the tape holding needle 112 first pierces the tape 78 on the side of the winding portion of the neck of the bag 2, thereby maintaining the tightened state of the tape 78 against the neck of the bag. At the same time, the cylindrical part of the male part 6 held by the punch 4 is connected to the overlapping part of the tape 78 and the attachment hole 11 of the tag 114.
6 and is curled by the annular groove 8 of the die 5 to form a locking part 6a (see Fig. 15), which is locked to the female part 7 held on the outer periphery of the locking part 6a. The tape 78 and the tag 114 can be clamped by the female part 6 and the female part 7. At almost the same time, the cutting blade 110 and the receiving blade 109
The upper tape 78 is cut between the tape holding needle 112 and the tape receiver 100, and the lower tape 7
8 is removed from between the tape receiver 100 and the tape pushing piece 107. After cutting, the cam follower 15 falls into the valley of the cam 17 as shown in FIG.
The protective cover 13 rotates clockwise due to its elasticity.
4 rises, the shaft 11, punch 4, tape pushing plate 106, etc. rise, and the cam 146 moves away from the switch 149, which opens the switch 149 and stops the motor 18. As the tape pushing plate 106 rises, the tape holding needle 112 comes out of the tape 78 and releases the tape 78. At the same time, the tape pushing piece 107 separates from between the tape receiver 100 and the tape presser 101, and the cut portion of the tape 78 is moved to the tape receiver 100. and clamp it with the tape presser 101. On the other hand, due to the rotation of the levers 12, 92, the tightening rollers 99, 97
returns to its original position, and the third fixed position guide roller 9
The tape 78 can be slackened between the first and second fixed position guide rollers 90, and this slack is set to a length necessary for wrapping the neck of the bag 2 for the next sealing operation. Next, by removing the bag 2 outward, the detection member 118 is removed as shown in FIG. 12F.
moves forward due to the elasticity of the tension spring 119, and the switch 123 is closed by the switch operation piece 121,
Motor 18 is driven. As shown in FIG. 12G, the cam follower 6 is driven by the motor 18.
8 falls into the valley of the cam 69, and the lever 64 rotates clockwise. Accordingly, the transfer table 22, which holds the male part 6 in the holding part 23 and holds the female part 7 on the pedestal 31 by the engaging part 37 and the presser lever 38, moves forward. Due to this forward movement, the male part 6 is sucked and held by the punch 4, and the female part 7 is held by the punch 4.
is a pedestal 31 whose forward movement is regulated by contacting the die 5
In contrast, the engaging portion 37 and the presser lever 38 can move forward to supply and hold the die 5. Next, the rotation of the cam 69 causes the lever 64 to rotate counterclockwise, the transfer table 22 moves back and forth, the cam 147 moves away from the switch 150, releases the switch 150, and the motor 18 stops. When the transfer table 22 moves backward, the rear inclined surface 41 of the presser lever 38 engages with the engagement member 43, and the tip side of the presser lever 38 rises against the elasticity of the compression spring 40, and the chute is placed on the cradle 31. The female part 7 is supplied from the chute 59 to the holding part 23, and the male part 6 is supplied to the holding part 23 from the chute 59, and the system waits for the next supply of the male part 6 and the female part 7 to the punch 4 and die 5. Thereafter, by repeating the above operations, the bags 2 can be successively sealed.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, the bag sealing work, which conventionally relied on manual labor, can be mechanized and easily performed. In addition, we have provided a transfer table that supplies sealing metal fittings so that they can move forward and backward from the sealing device, and this transfer table is configured to be able to move forward and backward from the sealing device either manually or automatically. If the sealing fittings are not supplied, it is possible to immediately switch to manual operation, manually supplying the sealing fittings, and perform the sealing work correctly.
