条片の特定な配列パターンの繰返しよりなり、前
記の配列パターンの繰返しと対応して定まる撮像
管出力信号の基本波成分の位相が、光の色によつ
て変化する如くに、前記それぞれの複数種類の色
細条片の色が設定されてなる色分解縞状フイルタ
を撮像管の光電変換部までの光路中に備えていて
、撮像対象物の光像が色分解縞状フイルタを介し
て撮像管の光電変換部に与えられるようにされて
おり、また、撮像に先立つて前記した撮像管で任
意の特定色を撮像して得た撮像管出力信号の少な
くとも1フレーム期間に対応する情報信号を記憶
装置に記憶しておき、前記の記憶装置に記憶され
ている情報信号に基づいて色信号復調用の参照信
号を得て、それにより撮像管の出力信号から同期
検波などによつて所定の色信号を復調するように
されているカラー撮像装置において、撮像に先立
つてカラー撮像装置に設けられている撮像管によ
り任意の特定色を撮像して得た撮像管出力信号の
供給を受けて、その信号の信号対雑音比を改善す
るための信号処理手段と、前記の信号処理手段に
よつて信号処理された信号の少なくとも1フレー
ム期間に対応する情報信号を記憶できる取外ずし
自在な記憶装置とを含んで構成されている外部付
加装置を備え、前記した外部付加装置における取
外ずし自在な記憶装置に対して、撮像に先立つて
カラー撮像装置に設けられている撮像管により任
意の特定色を撮像して得た撮像管出力信号におけ
る少なくとも1フレーム期間に対応する情報信号
を外部付加装置における取外ずし自在な記憶装置
に記憶させた後に、外部付加装置を除去するとと
もに、外部付加装置における取外ずし自在な記憶
装置をカラー撮像装置内に装着してカラー撮像装
