Claims (1)
- 単軸又は複数の軸をもつ軸頭において刃具に交
差する光軸をもつように光電スイツチを設け、光
電スイツチは気密に構成した収容箱に収め、光軸
は小穴を通じこの小穴のほぼ垂直断面に単数また
は複数の薄い溝を構成し、収容箱には大気圧より
やや高い空気を供給する口を設けたことを特徴と
する光電式刃具折れ検知装置。
