However, this method involves embedding the shoe in the sole of the shoe, so if the sole is not very thick, even if a washer or the like is embedded to prevent it from coming off, there is a risk that it might come off if a strong impact is applied to the anti-slip fitting. Moreover, since the anti-slip metal fittings are fixed to the bottom mold, they may move due to injection pressure, etc.
In some cases, anti-slip fittings were not placed in appropriate locations.

That is, the present invention suspends the splint material in the last mold, then makes at least the part to which the anti-slip metal fitting is attached protrude, and the protruding part is thinner than the axis of the rivet and has a tip so as to be in contact with the last side at the position of the rivet. A bottom mold in which a rod-shaped body with a tapered shape is extended is combined with a side mold to form a sole cavity, and then a synthetic resin compound for injection molding is injected into the sole cavity. After cooling, the shoe sole is formed, and after cooling, the shoe is taken off to form a sole with a concave part on the outer surface of the sole where the anti-slip fitting is attached, and a tapered hole in the fitting part, and the anti-slip fitting is removed. Place an anti-slip fitting on the mounting part, pass the anti-slip fitting and the sole with a rivet, insert a washer into the shaft of the rivet from the inside of the sole, attach it to the mounting part of the washer, and then insert the rivet from above the washer. The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing injection molded shoes having anti-slip fittings, which is characterized in that the anti-slip fittings are fixed to the sole of the shoe by opening the tips thereof outward.

い。 As shown in FIG. 2, a calfonia lace material 3 consisting of a lace cover 1 and an insole 2 is suspended in a last mold 5 having a protruding washer portion 4 for fixing an anti-slip fitting. At this time, the insole 2 may be single layer or multilayer, but
An insole in which at least one layer is a water-impermeable sheet is preferable; for example, a leather-type insole in which the sole side is made of a fibrous material 21 and the shoe side is made of a synthetic resin sheet 22 such as polyvinyl chloride or polyurethane can be used. . Also, the tapered rod-shaped body 7 of the insole 2
You may also drill a hole in advance at the location where it will hit. Next, at least a part 6 for attaching the anti-slip metal fitting is provided protrudingly, and a taper is provided at the position of the rivet on the protruding part so as to be in contact with the inner sole 2, so that it is thinner than the axis of the rivet and is tapered at the tip. A sole cavity 10 is provided by combining a bottom mold 8 with a rod-shaped body 7 extending therein and a side mold 9. The number of rod-shaped bodies 7 may be two, three or more. Then, the sole cavity 1
A synthetic resin compound for injection molding is injection molded onto No. 0 to form an injection molded shoe sole 11 as shown in FIG.
After cooling, the outer surface 1 of the sole 11 is removed by taking off the shoe.
The shoe sole 11 has a tapered hole 14 in the mounting part 61 of the anti-slip fitting 13 of No. 2, and the mounting part 6
1, the anti-slip fitting 13, the sole 11 and the insole 2 are penetrated by the rivet 15, the washer 17 is inserted into the shaft of the rivet 15 from the inner surface 16 of the sole 11, and the last Place the anti-slip fitting 13 on the mounting portion 41 of the washer 17 on the inner surface 16 of the shoe sole 11, which has a recess formed by the protrusion of the mold 5, and open the tip of the rivet 15 outward from above the washer 17 to attach the anti-slip fitting 13 to the shoe. By fixing it to the bottom 11, Fig. 4,
This is a method of manufacturing injection molded shoes having anti-slip fittings as shown in FIG. At this time, the washer 17 may be a small one that can be attached to each rivet 15, or it may be integrated as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4.

The outer surface 12 of shoe 1 is 2.5 mm, and the inner surface 16 of sole 11 is 2.0 mm.
It is preferable that the entire diameter of the hole 14 is smaller than the diameter of the rivet 15, such as mm. Further, the structure of the rivet 15 may be a hollow structure as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, but it is preferable to have a structure in which only the caulked portion is hollow and the other portions are solid because the strength is improved.

The cover sheet 18 may be made of a polyvinyl chloride sheet, polyvinyl chloride leather, synthetic leather, or the like. At this time, the adhesive may be filled not only on the inner surface 16 of the sole 11 and, if the shoe has an insole 2, but also on the joint surface between the insole 2 and the covering sheet 18, as well as between the washer 17 and the covering sheet 18.

According to the manufacturing method of the present invention, a tapered hole is provided in the sole using a tapered rod-shaped body that is thinner than the shaft of the rivet and tapered at the tip during injection molding of the sole. When the anti-slip fitting is fixed with rivets, it is easy to insert and the hole is pushed wide and penetrated, so water from the outside does not enter into the inner surface through the hole in the sole. Furthermore, since the anti-slip fitting is fixed with a washer from above the inner surface of the sole, it can be firmly attached and the anti-slip fitting will not come off from the sole.

Even if water enters through the holes, the water-impermeable sheet in the insole and the washer are in close contact, preventing water from entering the inside of the shoe.
