ーフラクサー、１２はレール、１４は受皿、１６
は開口、２０はダクト、２２は両側壁、２４は垂
下板、２８は側面板、３０は分離室、３２は前後
壁、３４は分離板、３６は支持板、３８は突出部
、４０は排気室、４４は排気ダクトをそれぞれ示
す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 自動はんだ付け装置のフラクサーの上を覆う
    カバー内において、前記フラクサーの上方に水平
    に配置された受皿と、前記受皿の中央に設けられ
    た内幅が被処理物の搬送路にほぼ等しい開口と、
    前記開口を覆うように前記受皿にのせられたダク
    トからなる装置であつて、前記ダクトの両側壁は
    前記開口を通り前記レール間隙内にほぼ幅一杯に
    垂下する垂下板を備え、前記ダクトは中間の絞り
    部を介して下部が分離室として上部が排気室とし
    てそれぞれ形成され、前記分離室の前後壁は下端
    において前記開口の内幅よりも広く山形に傾斜し
    て前記排気室に接続し、前記分離室に下端が前記
    開口をまたぐハ字形の分離板が設けられ、前記排
    気室に排気を前記カバーの外側に導く排気ダクト
    が設けられたことを特徴とするスプレーフラクサ
    ーの煙霧ダクト装置。 ２ 両側の垂下板の前縁及び後縁同志を前後の支
    持板で連結すると共に支持板の上縁に複数の突出
    部を設けて分離板を下支えしたことを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のスプレーフ
    ラクサーの煙霧ダクト装置。 ３ 垂下板に側面板を上下に固定位置調整可能に
    付設したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項又は第２項記載のスプレーフラクサーの
    煙霧ダクト装置。 ４ 排気室の底面を逆八字形の斜面に形成したこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
